Watch Out for Bangalore SEGUE SESSION - 30th March

Dear Women Professionals,

After a long time got some interesting insights post my research on the new way to empower women. Yes I am talking about the Segue Sessions and I spent more of my time in my blog, luckily on a flight back to Singapore I had a chance to speak to person who was part of this session. Mind you she had quit her job more than 12 years now. Initially she was not too keen to attend such a program as you know when you come to India you would like to see your friends & family members. But her husband said he will spend time with the kids and she can go and attend the program. She says after the program I feel like I was reborn again with new thoughts to myself and what am I doing now to empower myself? The kind of speakers and very many women are like me and the way they shared information was not just forgettable – she says it “ build concentric circles of contacts “ what a way to network and to do it constantly. The whole conference was done so neatly and the arrangements were top class. She thanked AVTAR IWIN for creating such a concept which will pave the way to very many women who are aspiring for this kind of support to come up in life. She said, she is going to popularize this in Singapore with her own contact circles and of course a concentric circles. She felt more than happy to be part of it.
I did more searches and found the following links which might be of interest to you.

Why Women Welfare?

I have been travelling most of life in the past 2 decades almost everywhere across Asia. I wanted to share most of my learnings in a common forum and hence this blog. In the United States that we know the kind of freedom that women enjoy is great when compare to the Women in Asia.  The primary agenda for me is to propagate the organisations who are working towards  empowering women at large. I have met a lot of Women during my visit to Singapore, Malaysia, Srilanka, China & India etc. You will see most of my practical experiences in my blog very shortly. I am doing a lot of research about organisations in Asia and got a whole of information about my own interested topic Women Welfare and also some of the interesting and innovative stuffs soon. Till then bye.... Maria
